Satisfaction Guarantee for first-time users: Precision Pharmacy Ltd offers a return period for first-time users of Nerivio® devices provided the conditions set out below are met.
Please note: The “Nerivio Return & Refund Policy for First-Time-Users” does not affect your statutory rights and claims. In particular, your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unrestricted, in particular in case of a defect of the Nerivio® device purchased by you.
Easy Return Steps
We offer returns through Royal Mail Parcel Collect for customers within the United Kingdom. This service allows you to schedule a home or workplace collection of your return by a Royal Mail delivery agent.
Return the Product: Pack the Nerivio device in its original packaging and use the provided shipping label to send it back.
Return Conditions for First-Time Users
- Extended Return & Refund Guarantee: As a first-time user, you get an extended return period to ensure your satisfaction with Nerivio.
- Recommended Use: We advise trying Nerivio at least 6 times before deciding to return it.
- Extended Timeframe: Returns are accepted up to 28 days from the date of purchase.
In case you initiate the Return as First-Time User because the treatment with the Nerivio® device does not show (sufficient) effect with you, our customer service will approach prior to accepting your request for the return to ensure that you have used the device the correct way.

- Hassle-Free Refunds: We'll process your refund to the original payment method as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.
- No Shipping Costs: We cover all shipping costs for returns, ensuring a worry-free experience for you.
How to Return an Item via Parcel Collect
- You will require your original order number. (This can be found on a copy of your confirmation email).
- Book a collection at: https://www.royalmail.com/collection. You will need your tracking number and collection address.
- Hand the package to the Royal Mail collector at the scheduled time.
